Title: 5 Keys to “Sell” Safety to Latinos

Description:

The safety of the workers is paramount in the roofing industry. We all agree that we want to send our workers safe and sound at the end of the day. The safety professional (Director/Manager/Superintendent) conduct safety meetings, toolbox talks, OSHA training. Why the crews are not "buying" what we are "selling" (safety). We still see issues in our industry - i.e. fall protection is one of them- year after year OSHA issues more citations under this standard alone. In this session we will explore the 5 Keys that the Safety Professional/Superintendent can use to communicate with the crafts.
