Title: Approaching Safety Differently - When Compliance Isn't Enough

Description:

Falls from heights have plagued the roofing industry, and the construction industry, as the leading cause of injury and death for decades. Industry has struggled with the inability to drive down serious injuries and fatalities beyond current levels. Yet, work never stops, is ever-changing and constantly in motion, and work is never "normal." The unique work that draws people to the roofing industry is also what makes it most challenging and hazardous. Understanding not just how the work gets done but gets done safely also requires learning to be continuous. It requires us to begin to think and talk about safety differently.

Join us for this session for a new view of safety in the roofing industry, to change the conversation around safety, and begin driving serious incidents down.
