Topics include a survey of the latest regulatory changes and laws that impact how you do business. Discussions include updates from OSHA, Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Department of Labor (DOL), and USCIS and ICE affecting immigration, as well as anticipated future changes from regulatory agencies. Discussions will include current rulemaking agendas of the key agencies affecting construction.
